Dr. Leaks is a rapidly growing home repair company. I was hired to clean up years of poorly tracked data to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance for their new CRM.

To support their in-house customer support and outsourced marketing teams in properly transferring raw data into Follow Up Boss—while cleaning, condensing, and applying consistent tagging and customer tracking to enhance outreach, marketing strategy, and data analytics.
